1 League Structure

1.1 Teams

The league consists of 12 teams. If a team drops out of the league, nominations can be made for a replacement, and confirmed by a majority league vote.

1.2 League Type

This is a redraft league. All players will be released back into the player pool at the end of each season.

1.3 Scoring

The league uses a half-PPR (Point Per Reception) scoring system. Detailed scoring settings are provided in Appendix 1.

2 Draft

2.1 Draft Type

The league will conduct an auction draft with a budget of $200.

2.2 Draft Order

The order in which managers nominate players for bidding will be randomly determined prior to the draft.

2.3 Draft Date

The draft date will be set by league vote, ensuring maximum participation.

3 Roster

3.1 Starting Lineup

Each team’s starting lineup will consist of:

• 1 Quarterback (QB)
• 2 Running Backs (RB)
• 2 Wide Receivers (WR)
• 1 Tight End (TE)
• 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE)
• 1 Defense/Special Teams (D/ST)

3.2 Bench and Reserves

• 6 Bench spots
• 1 Injured Reserve (IR) spot (as designated on Sleeper)

3.3 Weekly Roster

Once a starting line-up is locked at game time, such line-up may not be changed post facto by the Commissioner at the request of a league member.

4 Schedule

4.1 Regular Season

The regular season will last 14 weeks and be randomized at the beginning of each season.

4.2 Playoffs

• Playoffs will take place during Weeks 15-17.
• 6 teams will qualify for the playoffs.
• The top 2 teams based on regular-season record will receive a bye to the semi-finals.

4.3 Playoff Schedule

• Week 15: Wildcard Round (Seeds 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5)
• Week 16: Semi-Finals (1st seed vs lowest remaining seed, 2nd seed vs highest remaining seed)
• Week 17: Championships (Winners of semi-finals) and 3rd Place Game (Losers of semi-finals)

5 Transactions

5.1 Waivers

The league will use a FAAB (Free Agent Acquisition Budget) waiver system. Each team will receive a budget of $100 at the beginning of the season to bid on free agents. Any unused auction budget will be converted to extra FAAB budget.

5.2 Trades

• Trades will process automatically upon acceptance by both parties.
• The commissioner has the power to veto trades based on a majority league vote in cases of collusion or if a trade is deemed to be extremely lopsided.
• Trade deadline: Following Week 10 per prescribed date on NFL.com. No trades will be allowed after this date.

6 Tiebreakers

6.1 Regular Season Standings

In the event of a tie in win-loss records, the following tiebreakers will be applied in order:

1. Total points scored
2. Head-to-head record (if applicable)

7 Fees, Prizes and Punishments

7.1 Entry Fee

The entry fee is $200 per team, due before the draft.

7.2 Payout Structure

• 1st Place: $1,200
• 2nd Place: $450
• 3rd Place: $200
• Best Regular Season Record: $200
• Highest Scoring Team Each Week: $25
• Finalists can determine an alternative split of the $1,650 1st + 2nd place pool as agreed.

7.3 Last Place Punishment

The team with the worst record in the regular season is required to use a team name selected by the other members of the league for the following season. The commissioner has the right to veto team names that are deemed inappropriate.

8 League Governance

8.1 Commissioner

The commissioner is responsible for:

• Overseeing league operations
• Resolving disputes
• Reviewing and potentially vetoing trades
• Ensuring all rules are followed
• Facilitating league votes

8.2 Treasurer

The treasurer is responsible for:

• Collecting and holding league fees
• Facilitating year-end payouts

8.3 Rule Changes and Decisions

• All significant league decisions not covered in this Charter will be made by majority vote of league members. Majority vote is classified as more than 50%.
• Proposed changes must be submitted at least one day before the vote.
• A quorum of 75% of league members is required for any rule change votes to be valid.

9 Amendments

• This constitution may be amended by a three quarters majority vote of league members (i.e., 9 of 12 members).
• Proposed amendments must be submitted to the league at least one week before the vote.
• A quorum of 100% of league members is required for any amendment votes to be valid.

10 Code of Conduct

All league members are expected to:

• Actively manage their teams throughout the entire season
• Communicate respectfully with other league members
• Make all reasonable efforts to field a competitive lineup each week
• Not engage in collusion or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the league Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in penalties, including but not limited to loss of FAAB budget, loss of draft picks, or expulsion from the league, as determined by a league vote.
